Grant recipients might need help
with their environmental education projects from community members. Contact
the grant recipient to inquire about volunteer opportunities. (Grant amounts
listed below include $500 to operate a PRIDE
Club.)
Beattyville Elementary School: $4,000 to enhance a greenhouse
and outdoor classroom
Southside Elementary School: $4,000 to enhance an outdoor
classroom and buy environmental education resources
Lee County Middle School: $4,000 to enhance an outdoor classroom
and buy environmental educational resources
Lee County High School: $4,000 to build an outdoor classroom
Middle Kentucky Community Action Partnership/Lee County Head
Start: $4,000 to expand an outdoor classroom
