PRIDE Environmental Education Grant Recipients in the County (2009 Grant Cycle)

Grant recipients might need help with their environmental education projects from community members. Contact the grant recipient to inquire about volunteer opportunities. (Grant amounts listed below include $500 to operate a PRIDE Club.)

Herald Whitaker Middle School: $3,188 to develop and implement a recycling program
Magoffin County Career and Technical Center: $3,940 to develop an energy education curriculum to implement at the 9-12 grade level
